Had to have work done on my bike. They got me in quickly and kept me informed during the whole process. Work was complete in a timely manner was even done sooner than expected. Top notch work was very pleased with the work. Will take my bike there again the next time I need to have any work done
I had a very bad experience with the guys who ran it before the owner hired a person to run his business that really knows customer care. Matt is the most out standing person you could have ever dealt with. Hands down the WORST HD dealership around. I was jerked around by THREE different salesmen and then the General Manager was “called in to help/save me the customer” for almost a month. Lack of communication, desire to help and even human decency. He was a worthless as the people under him. They did not give a crap about me, my needs and the fact I was gonna buy a brand new bike.
