I had a very bad experience with the guys who ran it before the owner hired a person to run his business that really knows customer care. Hands down the WORST HD dealership around. I was jerked around by THREE different salesmen and then the General Manager was “called in to help/save me the customer” for almost a month. Lack of communication, desire to help and even human decency. He was a worthless as the people under him. They did not give a crap about me, my needs and the fact I was gonna buy a brand new bike.
