The service was wonderful and professionally handled from the call to installation of my homes window repair. I will be giving my friends and family his name for all their glass repairs.
Would definitely and already did recommend Blue Ridge Glass and Metal in Winchester! Called for a quote- very polite and information was presented quickly. There was no pressure. I called back shortly after because their quote was by far the most economical and they had the best ratings around! I arrived for my appointment and my windshield replacement was done in an hour as I was told it would be. The price of service was the exact quote they had given me. The work was EXCELLENT.

Excellent customer service! I called in a panic this morning after waking up to a car windshield shattered via tree branch. They were able to order the part I need and get me an early appointment. After calling around all morning to different auto glass companies, I was relieved to speak to such a friendly associate. Other companies couldn't even promise me an appointment until many days from now and wanted almost double the price. 110% recommend Blue Ridge Glass and Metal.
Fast, friendly, efficient. Called on Thursday was able to get the next Saturday for appointment. Neat clean job, good price, very satisfied.
I will definitely be returning to this place in the future, went and got a windshield fixed on my car yesterday and their receptionist was so nice and talked to us about stuff while we were waiting to get our car fixed and the staff and people were very nice!!! Will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for everything you guys did for us!!! Oh and they are the BEST prices I could find from Winchester to Front Royal!!!!
I was quoted $ 650.oo from two other places. Called here and it was $300.00 less. I love honest businesses that aren't trying to screw people over!!!!
I had a great experience..I showed up 30 minutes early from my appt time, and they took me right then. My windshield looks 100x's better.
