Don’t walk away from this office..Run! Called and made an appt (was recommended to this office by friends) had never been there before. The Dr I wanted to see was not available (that was fine I didn’t mind) so I set an appointment for the next day with a new dr at the practice. Just a number here, medical assistants make up vital signs,never return your call and you'll never talk to a Dr or PA
As of right now I'm am a patient here. But I have an issue. A about a month ago I sent out for an appointment for an exam and shot. The appointment was approved. The day of my appointment I go in and was told I didnt get to see my doctor, who agreed to my request. I was confused but continued with the treatment. I was out in the waiting room for 20 mins before being called back. When I was the a doctor that, again wasnt mine, came in did a very quick exam then told me they would be right in to give the shot. Apparently this practice is being absorbed by UNC. they are not accepting new appointments until the 20th, today is the 13th. This is bot an improvement and after over 15 years it may be time to find a new doctors office.
