Dr. Mann demonstrated a high level of professionalism and an excellent bedside manner throughout my care. I particularly appreciated his thoughtful approach in exploring conservative treatment options before recommending surgery. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, addressed each one thoroughly, and provided clear, detailed explanations about my condition along with well-considered solutions.
Dr.Mann was a rude pompous jerk when I, at the time, a child, had a very severely painful earache. He told me he “didn’t think i needed medication.” I had been screaming in pain hours earlier, went to the ER, got pain meds there, they referred me to him. Only for him to tell me to walk it off. What a joke of a human being.
Saw Dr. Mann with serious earache, had been to my primary doctor and he referred me to an ENT! I went hoping to find the cause of the problem! He looked in both ears, same as a primary doctor would have done, said they looked good! Spent every bit of 5 minutes or less on my ears! A total waste of $85. to see a ‘specialist’ that’s what they call themselves! Now to another specialist!
