Agent was very pleasant. Agent offered and had system to text me when propane was delivered.
I am sick of workers from Blue Ridge showing up to inspect my power meter, in my backyard, with no notice. Today I walked into my guest bedroom, not dressed, to find some random guy 2 inches from my window. I already emailed once a few months ago because they did the same thing to my wife, and they were in an unmarked pickup truck. Regardless of easements or legal rights, it’s very rude, inconsiderate, and invasive to go into someone’s backyard without notice, or at the very least without knocking on the door when you arrive... read more
