BRE is the most unreliable power company ever. I have lost power twice in the last week for hours at a time. I wish I had an option for electrical services as I would leave them in a heartbeat.
Kimberly and Will helped us Immensely on providing us information about the different kinds of fireplaces for our new home. They were a wealth of knowledge and we truly appreciate Kimberly’s follow up. Blue Ridge is very fortunate to have these two individuals working for them and us the people of the community.
FlexPay can literally disconnect you for being $1 in the red, then require a positive balance of $15+any outstanding payment before they turn your power back on. I was forced onto the FlexPay system when my roommate moved out, and cannot leave it without paying hundreds in a security deposit (??)
Kimberly had previously talked to grandpa, since we bought his place an were moving in. Explained everything as we were setting up the accounts, very helpful in answering out questions. I don't know how useful a review on the power company is, but there you go!
