Research $9.35 million DOJ settlement between DOJ, Centra, and Blue Ridge ENT. I had a 2nd consultation with BRENT in November. I sought to pay my copay. Two employees told me there was no charge. When BRENT found out I was having my surgery at UVA, I was billed twice for that same co-pay. I made the right choice. If I need the Emergency room, I will drive to Charlottesville if I can.
i could not be more pleased with this practice and mostly Dr Gado's attention to detail and his kind, attentive, patient , personal approach he takes with his patients. So often, patients feel hurried through their visits but this was not the case here at all. He explained in great detail the issues at hand.
Great experience at Blue Ridge ENT. Paperwork and check-in was completed online so all I needed to do was provide my insurance and identification, and I was ready to be taken back. The staff is friendly, professional and attentive to patient needs and/or concerns. I highly recommend this practice!
