I was sent a bill for services that I had already paid. Their staff stated that I had not paid at time of service and threaten with sending bill to collection and were the rudest, most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. During our conversation they found where I had paid and guess what I got nothing. Not a sorry an apology. What the guy said was are you glad that it was found otherwise you were going to collection.
