I saw Dr Lokitz for my annual skin check. She is always friendly and efficient. Unlike other medical appointments, this is one I enjoy and look forward to! The staff is caring and do a great job of keeping appointments on time 😀
I am a patient of Dr. Shelley Cathcart and I have seen her twice is about a year. By way of background, I am the most medically anxious patent anyone could imagine. My blood pressure and heat rate spike and often I have a vasovagal reaction. If I was a doctor, I would not want me for a patient, but Dr. Cathcart did and I am much better for her treatment. The doctor is always late and the staff is not very helpful and doesn't seem to care. I waited 90 min for a scheduled appointment that I arrived 10-15 prior. No one calls you back. Not even possible to get to the assistants of Katherine O'Rourke. What can one do?
I had heard it was hard to get an appointment here, but I called and was able to get in the same day. Everyone was very friendly. The doctor took her time and didn't make me feel like a number. I would recommend this practice.
After reading the reviews on this site, I reluctantly called to see if I could get in for a new patient appointment. I got an appointment for the following day and had a very positive experience. I have since gone back for patch testing, which means three appointments in one week. I have nothing but positive feedback for this busniess. All of the people I dealt with, from the receptionist to the doctor and the checkout staff, were extremely pleasant and generous with their time.
