Everyone at the Macon Pond Rd location from check in to check out were so friendly . Sloane who admitted me was very professional & just as nice as she could be. I can not say enough about Ginger Atkinson PA-C my provider - whom I have been with since 2015. She is always very knowledgeable re my questions , doesn’t rush the appointment & just a pleasure to interact with. Though I haven’t been to the Cary location, I definitely recommend Blue Ridge Derm Macon Pond location- could not have received better care!
Prepare for routine visits over several years with the same issues, this is my experience with myself and 2 teens. They also don’t fill Rx for a day or two so be prepared for that, but they are very nice and enjoy taking co-pays. It’s great when it finally gets resolved, but takes several years. Also hard to get appointments which adds to frustration.
Our family has used Dr Lockitz for many years. She is exceptional. She genuinely cares about her patients.
My experience with Blue Ridge Dermatology more than met my expectations. Everyone from the person who checked me in to Dr. Lokitz and her aid treated me with utmost care. She was quick to identify the lesion on my arm and explain it to me in a way that I understood. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who has dermatology issues.
