Dr. Cathcart is professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. She makes you feel that you are in excellent hands! The practice is efficient, well run, and provides great communication. I am very impressed with the overall level of care at Blue Ridge Dermatology.
I love the dermatologist! This review is strictly for the cosmetic department. I called over a 2 day time period trying to schedule an appointment for the free consult day. I also texted through the online portal. The receptionist finally called me back and told me all the appointments were booked. She said it was just her managing the desk and she apologized that it took her over 2 days to call back. Her solution was for me to book another time months out, when I wasn’t off of work. I don't usually have the time to write a review these days, but I really want to write one for this clinic because my experience is awesome! All the staff from front desk to nurse Ashley and Doctor Carley are friendly, efficient and professional. The building is brand new and super clean.
Dr. Lokitz and her team are super thorough and professional. I have been seeing her for a number of years and consistently am impresssd by the quality of care.
