They seem to find starting construction at 6AM totally fine to do to the community. Woke up to a roaring truck this morning, sleep deprived, hasn't stopped for hours. Construction year yound, jack hammers smashing the streets up, streets always blocked off for some project. Ridiculous and noisy every day. LOVE IT. So tranquil!
Moved because the drugs in this community was out of control
Don't be fooled by the "lipstick on a pig"! The place looks beautiful as you drive through the over two year old unfinished gate project but when it comes down to it, Blue Ridge has become a crime ridden community and the board is useless. They play "favorites" and I know of some "pay to play" schemes amongst some veteran residents and members of the board. Security is terrible and some of the most recent crime includes theft, vandalism, stalking, harassment, and much more! It quite honestly needs to be converted into a 55+ ... read more
