RecommendedOur first time ordering with BRC and it was an unbelievably, spectacular meal. We ordered the mini Thanksgiving meal. Truly exceptional and can’t wait to see what the mini Christmas meal will be.
Your Mother's Day feast was divine! The Pork Tenderloin wrapped in bacon melted in my mouth! The Roasted Vegetables were so fresh & flavorful and loved the presentation! The Best Shrimp & Grits ever! Loved the Ham Tea biscuits, Salad & to die for Nutella French toast with Strawberries! Last but not least, delicious Quiche!

We had Blue Ridge cater our wedding and could not have been more pleased with everything! We had a breakfast-for-dinner buffet, as my husband and I love breakfast food, and Hannah and her team were so on board! They made sure that my husband and I had plenty to eat throughout the night, and everything we ate was delicious. The service was excellent as well. I wouldn't change a single thing! 10/10 would hire again!
I have been too dozens if not close to a hundred events catered by Blue Ridge Catering and I cannot think of a single one that failed to go beyond my expectations. With attention to detail that few others have, the entire staff helps separate BRC from the rest. Cooks, servers, planners, and are top notch and the creative energy they put into their work is unrivaled.
BRC catered my husband’s 50th and it was perfect. They were easy to work with and flexible. Delicious gourmet Mac and cheese!

BRC catered our wedding this past June, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! During the planning stages, everyone was great about answering our many questions and helping us make decisions, and on the day-of everything was perfect! We did a stations layout which was such a perfect option for us and the style of our wedding.
