Dr Miller is so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. His staff likewise! He explains everything so thoroughly and will even illustrate those technical questions if necessary. He doesn't rush you & makes you feel heard.
This review is for Blue Ridge Radiology in Marion. Had an MRI here with knowledgeable, friendly techs. Receptionist has a sour demeanor - I was there 2x. She runs a tight ship at her desk. No smile, no compassion, not friendly. Someone oughta remind her some of the people she interacts with have serious health issues and are not criminals reporting to jail.
The receptionist is one of the most rude people I have ever spoken to. I try to be friendly, but whoever runs this place should seriously have a conversation with that woman.
