Requesting an appointment for a patient who is unable is not a HIPPA violation. Maybe a company policy at best. During intake patient noted me as decision maker to Mrs. Dalton-Ward. I respect everyone has a job to do. As do I!! To keep a person from needless suffering. I was impressed with this facility upon first impression that he would receive upmost care. Now I feel helpless.

I see Dr. Sheela at Blue Ridge Cancer center. I have to say she is the kindest doctor I have ever met. She explains things thoroughly and takes time with you. She is very personable and very easy to talk to. She came highly recommended by my PCP.

This place is a joke! They will let your loved one die for sure they can't get appointments right they won't schedule you an appointment ir they want you to have tests done make sure they send the doctors order or else they won't it's been 4 months and they are still dragging their feet They just don't care for people at all I think they should be sued, that's all they care about anyway Money they are in the wrong profession

Wonderful caring staff, they do thier best to make sure you are comfortable. The bedside manner is incredible but they dont sugarcoat things. Id highly recommend this place to anyone. They really feel on your side. Dr. Rotche is fantatic, and all the nurses are very attentive and do thier job well.
