I’m leaving a 3 star review on the fact Blue Ridge made the situation right, and they were incredibly polite and easy to communicate with. However PLEASE read before you choose to purchase a vehicle from here. The car we purchased never had a title. After owning the car for 7 weeks not only did the temporary tags expire (and were expired for a week before someone drove us new temporary tags) the title NEVER showed up. **Extremely disappointed with my experience.** The vehicle I purchased was listed as having AC, but an hour after leaving the lot, I realized the AC didn’t work — only to find out later the compressor wasn’t even installed. I called immediately, left messages on both the main line and the cell I’d been using before the sale — no answer, no call back. I will not go anywhere else ! I just purchased my second car from Blue Ridge Auto Sales. My first was a 2008 Volvo s80 30 thousand miles. It was priced under kelley blue . Now I purchased another volvo from him yesterday and hands down I couldn't have made a better choice. Thank you.
