Very dissatisfied with getting an appointment. The office sent a letter for follow up appointment, we have called 5 times. Finally talked to a person, there are no appointments available through February and was told to call back again in another week. The March calendar is not available yet. Very frustrating to leave messages with no response.
I have had my hearing aids as well as my husband now for several years now.We are very pleased with hearing aids and staff.They are always very friendly and eager to help with any questions we have had.I do think some patients are to quick to judge services of a busy office.We are not the only patients they have.Service has always been nothing but great, great ,great.Thank you Blue Ridge Hearing Aids and Audiology .
My praise. Is for the actual audiologist, outstanding. However from my ecperience. the quality of the line of hearing aids is poor and unreliable. In a year, I have had 4 failures of one hearing aid and the repair procedure has been awful, awful, awful. I didn't receive any concern from those in charge. I must have been invisible.
