I got hearing aids from Blue Ridge your nose, throat poly audiology department and I tried to contact the numerous times to find out where I can get the retention tabs that hold the hearing aid in your ear and they NEVER call back! I would’ve gave less stars but at least one
Very dissatisfied with getting an appointment. The office sent a letter for follow up appointment, we have called 5 times. Finally talked to a person, there are no appointments available through February and was told to call back again in another week. The March calendar is not available yet. Very frustrating to leave messages with no response.
I have had my hearing aids as well as my husband now for several years now.We are very pleased with hearing aids and staff.They are always very friendly and eager to help with any questions we have had.I do think some patients are to quick to judge services of a busy office.We are not the only patients they have.Service has always been nothing but great, great ,great.Thank you Blue Ridge Hearing Aids and Audiology .
