these apartments are very clean and well maintained. Management is always willing to make your living experience as comfortable as possible. The price range is acceptable and these are just like new. You have a pool, excercise room, two play grounds, I could go on and on. Community yard sales and pool parties. Very family oriented and acceptable for college students or just people looking to live in a nice place.
I have left numerous messages about looking at an apartment for 2 weeks now. Not one response so far. I have left messages on all of the numbers available and now their main lines mailbox is full. Repeatedly gone to the apartments and waited for someone to show up when the door said they would return and even talked to current tenants that say they can never get ahold of anyone either!!! Nice way to run a business...
I saw Blue Ridge Apartments online and tried to contact the manager regarding the property. It took me three days to initially get ahold of her. When I did get ahold of her, she mentioned that she had an apartment that might be coming available during the time I was looking to move (in June). She told me she would call me back in a week to help me start to application process, as I live in Arizona and couldnt come into the office.
