Not safe at all Please do not put yourself and your family in danger by moving here. We rented there for 2 years and it was a complete nightmare! Maintenance NEVER shows up when they are scheduled to. We had to abruptly move out because there was a water leak and it caused mold in our ceiling. Maintenance half fixed the issue with promises to return on two different occasions, which never happened. I've lived here since 2011, and I'm very excited to see all the new updates Keystone Management is doing around the property. This place has needed some TLC for a while.
Landmark Street This building has a lot of space. The bedrooms are huge, it fits my king size bed, my long dresser, and two shelves with plenty of space left over to move around. The living room area is spacious as well, with a super cute fire place and large windows to let in plenty of light. It has a small patio in the back, but it has enough space for two chairs and a round table to relax at. There is also a really nice little park about a mile down the road which is great for walks with kids or animals.
Centrally located, newly renovated Great location in the heart of Greenville, just off of Greenville ave and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is friendly and apartments are newly renovated.
