I had a very positive experience with Blue Ridge today. Nico came out for a heat inspection and he was great. Very professional and respectful. I was completely satisfied with the visit. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend you give them a try.
Great help on the phone about a boiler that stopped working and tech came right away to assess the problem. New boiler was installed the next day. The installers were polite and professional. When the work was done the only thing that showed someone was there was the new boiler. Job was done very neat and clean. I've used blue ridge several times and I've never been disappointed.

Called Blue Ridge Heating as our furnace would not ignite on a very cold winter morning. They were able to come within a couple of hours (actually earlier than they originally thought) our tech was able to diagnose and fix the issue as well as clean and inspect the furnace. Would highly recommend this business for their timely and efficient service.
