Blue Ridge has been servicing our heating and air conditioning for about 30 years now. During that time the units needed a repair or a new unit. Whatever we chose to do Blue Ridge came out and completed all the work exactly as they promised. We are happy with them and cannot say enough about Blue Ridge!
First and foremost, I would like to say the technician Nico is the real deal. The kid is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff so this has nothing really to do with him but what I don’t like is how a company can charge somebody 500 and something dollars to so-called make a property profile by looking at two AC air handlers and condensers and a furnace in a house supposedly at first customer was told it could take up to six hours to do the proper maintenance and the proper property profile.
