Very impressed with this team. They are professional, efficient and hard working. We had good communication with both Ian (during the quoting process) and with the on-site team. Also, excellent clean-up after the work was completed. We will hire them again!
Called Blue Ribbon and was given Ian's number. He called back immediately after I reached out and was at our house within 20 minutes. Ian priced out removing 6 mature trees on our fence line next to the road. I contacted Ian with a question about an option a competitor had recommended and Ian explained the ramifications of the option that the competitor failed to mention. Recently had Blue Ribbon out to lower some Leyland cypress that had gotten too high for our small backyard. A thorough and professional service from arborist, Ian and his hardworking crew. Competitive pricing for the service which included great cleanup after the job. They were very thoughtful about trying to not damage the surrounding garden. Our HOA uses them as well, but didn't discover this until afterwards. Overall would highly recommend their services!
