Good luck after picking their load if they answer your call. Worst communication system. They have 24hrs dispatch. After hour will take ur message. And tell you someone will call you back. Office opens at 7am. I tired to call after 7am.😂 funny thing they don’t look at clock keep saying office opens at 7am. While I was calling them @7:45am. Since I just completed my load can’t write about payment. But at shipper there was layover, they added next day. Only communication was on email about that issue.
