Called Monday morning 9am was told the assigned tec would be Kim locklear spoke to him at 9:34am. Kim stated he couldn’t make it out till 2pm I informed him I had a flight at that time my husband could meet after. He stated he couldn’t just go on his own we didn’t need to be there for him to check the roof, Kim asked me could I send him a photo and mark the area of the roof so I did.
