Kim did a prompt and wonderful roof repair job and answered all of my questions related to roofing and other house maintenance issues we were having! Could not recommend him enough, a true jack of all trades.
I called Blue Ribbon Roofing on a Wednesday about my roof that another company left unrepaired. They came out the next day for estimates and my roof was repaired the following Tuesday. Kim was very professional, pointed out things to us that we wouldn't have known. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he did to our roof. Tony and his crew did a beautiful job on the repair/replacement on our very steep angled roof. They were able to diagnose the issue and explain to me what needed to be done to ensure the same issue wouldn’t happen again. They worked together with a carpenter to ensure the dormers were also replaced at the same time to ensure proper installation. Great communication and very pleasant to work with. He performed a thorough and timely examination of our roof, identified and informed us of all of our roof's most vulnerable and compromised areas, and provided thoughtful solutions for prevention and repair.
