John Devlin and his team at Blue Ribbon Residential are simply the best in the business. We contracted them to finish our basement. Their process from beginning to end is seamless. Even though I have not used their services personally I would like to give a testimonial to John Devlin! I have seen the effort and time and planning that he puts into every project and I tell you it is second to none. If you want to just "get er done" call some other contractor.
