I rented from this company for two years and had no real issues until moving out. Upon moving out, an unreasonable amount of our security deposit was withheld for cleaning and painting charges. Do not rent from this management company if you can avoid it. Upon move-out, they unjustly kept over $1,000 of our security deposit. They admitted in writing that there were only minor scuffs in the paint (consistent with ordinary wear and tear), yet still charged us $600 for it. They also charged $470 for “cleaning,” claiming that some toilets weren’t fully sanitized and there was dust on a ceiling fan.
