I have asked and called probably 10+ times this semester for them to help with the rat infestation in our attic. They have sent 1 person, who has done nothing to help with it. They have actually ignored the remainder of my attempts to request help on the matter. Do NOT live at any of their properties.
Haleigh Cook assisted me all the way through the application process. She was so detrimental in helping me with this process. Answered all of my questions. Texas Prime to the rescue! Yesterday afternoon, we were locked out of our home accidentally. I called in to see if they could help us and they came through with flying colors. They had a key with someone that could come out for a charge. We ask if we could come pick up the key and then return the key today and they said yes! A charge would only be five dollars.
