had a shower put in to replace a tub. not only did i get charged way over what the job would normally cost but have had nothing but problems ever since. have lived in the home for 60 plus years and never have there been any problems they are experiencing now. had to change the plumbing in the basement and not only change it but did it without a permit. i see this is gonna lead to more problems, I will not ever recommend this company to anyone I know not even my worst enemy.

We love our new shower. The staff was dedicated and hard working. The owner was always there to pitch in and help. I would highly recommend them, especially if you want a professional job.

Way overpriced. Unfortunately I received a call from another plumber who I had called previous to hiring blue ribbon due to the fact it was some what of an emergency and I got ripped off and paid more than 3x more than other company for the exact same solution to the problem. When I called to ask why I paid so much I was told that it was because of all his overhead. What a joke. So He had me cover his overhead on one job and pay for the fact that he had to pay 600 to have his truck repaired that morning. I have two children ... read more

I had a total bathroom remodel with a custom shower bench. The estimate was in the range of others. The staff was friendly, hard working, cleaned up every night and the job was completed in less than a week as promised. I love my new bathroom. Berlin, CT
