The fact that they abuse animals instead of taking care of them is horrifying, I wish someone would do the same thing to them like what they did to Hollie. Disgusting and this place needs to be shut down. Sick people. I hope those who hurt Hollie and every other dog rot in hell. And I pray that none of them have kids because if they treat innocent animals like this imagine how they treat their children, absolutely sickening it makes my stomach turn. I have been taking my dog to Blue Ribbon for 5 years and never had a problem until now! Prices are higher due to new owners and the place is now filthy my dog came back with fleas and the cut was unfinished plus it took them eight hours to call me to pick up my dog! NEVER AGAIN!!

I took my shih-tzu here ONCE, and never again will i take my dog here! The haircut was horrible, the worst part is when i weant to pick up my dog , my dog was so upset! He didnt want anyone to touch him! I had never seen that side of my dog! It upset me because hes attitude showed me they had done something wrong to my dog! I will never come to this place AGAIN!
