Helena, was very professional and informative, I would do buisness here again.
After visiting two reputable jewelers, I took my ring to Blue Ribbon. The "appraiser" told me my diamonds were not real. My comment "My grandmother would be disappointed to hear that". He took another look and offered me 1/3 of what the jewelers offered. Seller beware!
I’ve used Blue Ribbon twice with two different representatives. Both times, I felt that I was treated fairly and with respect. I was not rushed into selling my items. There were some pieces that we couldn’t come to an agreement on a price but they explained why and explained their position. I would definitely use them again.
I have sold items to Blue Ribbon twice and they’re excellent to work with- honest, fair and answers all questions. I highly recommend!
