They were welcoming and attentive - I made an appointment and they saw me promptly. They weighed my items and clearly explained how the arrived at the price they could offer me for my sterling silver. Initially, the rate was a significantly lower % of the scrap rate than what other dealers were offering so I opted not to sell my silver to them. I returned the following g week and was offered a much higher rate. I was glad to get a better rate but would have preferred to have gotten it on the first try.
Easy to make an appointment. All my items where appraised in front of me and agreed amount was given to me in a form of a check on the spot. I deposited check wittout problem. Great experience, thank you.
The whole process of selling vintage jewelry was made comfortable and pleasant. Wyatt (?) explained values without gibberish and tactics. I highly recommend this company.
