We had a mini split installed because we were told by several blue ribbon repair people our 10 year old system was junk. I didn’t disagree. The mini split was more than 11,000.00 fair enough. The issue becomes it has broken down four out of the six days we have had it…more times than they worked on our piece of junk.. they have indeed came out when called four out of six days but that’s totally unacceptable at what point do they get it fixed or come up with another solution?
