We had an emergency situation where the handle broke off on our outdoor water spigot. The water was on full blast with no way to turn it off. Blue Ribbon came out within two hours, installed a new spigot, insulated it and did it neatly and professionally. The techs very very nice and knowledgeable. I would and will definitely use them again on the future for an outdoor shower project we are planning.
We had the pleasure of having Joseph come over and help us with our sink that we've been having issues with. He was very professional and kind-hearted and we appreciate him for all that he's done for us! The process itself was very simple and I appreciate him for explaining our options and what suits our family better!
