They only get one star because I can’t give zero. Dispatch was awful and did not pay attention, the tech that came out was rude, and when I spoke to a manager, they just gave me attitude. I finally asked, do you want my business or should I go somewhere else, and they told me to move on.
I just had a drain cleaning service performed by Noah Catlett. Noah did an outstanding job and explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. In my opinion. Noah is the best! Thank you Noah.
