We made a deal over the phone for them to purchase my motorhome. The price was set. He agreed to the price over the phone. He never intended to pay what he agreed to, that was obvious. When he came to pick it up he refused to pay me what he had agreed to. If not in writing...don't do it. You can not trust his word.
Doors were locked when I arrived an hour before closing.
