Bad behaviour of shipper, start playing rude after delivery push to go out of location ,not even give time to close doors. Not friendly for drivers .
About a month ago I ran out of propane for my Weber Q Grill, so I pulled out the backup blue rhino tank and installed it to the grill. I’ve been cooking on it about every three days since then. We’ll the grills temperature has been steadily getting lower every time I use it. So I do some investigating ! I shut off the tank to check my connections and when I take the hose connection off the tank valve oil is dripping off the male end of the fitting and inside the threaded portion of the tank valve (like mineral oil). update - Blue Rhino responded to my complaint about the latest bum tank. They told me to take it to my local Blue Rhino distributor and simply exchange it. Not so. The place I brought it to refused to exchange it as defective. So +1 star for corporate actually responding I guess. 20% of the tanks you get for exchanges are defective and leak all your propane out prematurely. High failure rate.
Terrible company to do business with they will NOT Pay for a tank I that I left a deposit on To BIG FOR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS NO ONE IS HAPPY
