Luccas & his crew are amazing! Very knowledgeable, courteous & reasonably affordable! Luccas is an honest decent guy just trying to get ahead & is doing a great job so far! I’m waiting for him to call me back & schedule a maintenance call for this week, I will take pics ‘ post ax soon as he takes care of the issue.
Didn’t do the job as talked about nor was it done with quality. These reviews are filtered because my prior review isn’t here. Cover is wrong size and liner is wrinkled and the strip that secures liner is constantly coming out. This is our pool with cover just removed today June 14 2025. Now I need to find a competent pool contractor to repair our pool and make it enjoyable. Also Debris in pool , if cover was right this shouldn’t happen and the liner track is hanging off every where. They arrived on time and provided stellar service when I required a new pool liner to be installed. They even helped coordinate the water trucks to fill it back up!
I have been using Blue Pools for about 10 years . It all started when I had a leak in my pool and Dino was the only one who got back to me in an efficient manner to fix it. He was wonderful to work with and still is. I use him for all of my pool needs and highly recommend him and his crew!
This pool company is amazing! Their attention to detail and customer service is top-notch. They know how to make a perfect pool and how to make their clients satisfied. We loved our renovation job that Blue Pool Inc did. Luccas took care of my needs from start to finish. I had a wall crumbling and he fixed it. I wanted this special stairs to have space to have a sun ledge chairs and Luccas and his crew built my custom stairs for me. He added 6 new lights so now my pool is all bright at night.
