Tina handled tools carelessly and without precision. The entire process felt rough instead of controlled and skilled.
Tina’s shaping was inconsistent on every finger. Some are square, some are rounded, and none of them match.
Tina made my nails too thick and bulky. They look unnatural and feel uncomfortable when I use my hands.
This was the absolute worst manicure I’ve ever had. The ‘child’ giving the manicure was definitely not experienced and his hickey covered neck and bandaged finger made the experience feel dirty and unprofessional. I left with dirt under my nails, cuticles uncut and a 2 minute (literally) massage. The pedicure was ok, she did a fine job, but it was less than 25 minutes in total and I left $82. I won’t be back.
20 minutes for a “luxury mani pedi” is crazy. Service was completely rushed through and my finger nails literally look worse than when I came in. $100 later and I’m looking for a different nail place to quickly get a simple clear polish and file done on my nails.
