Ram Chadha hired us to do some work on a real estate project in Edmonton about 3 months ago. Once the job was completed, he said everything looked great any payment would be on its way. He then blocked our number, and never paid us. We spoke to another company he had on this project and they had the same experience. It appears he ran out of money and instead of being a decent person and a professional and explain things and try to come to an arrangement. He just screwed everyone over and ran away. CAUTION: I’m a contractor who did a bunch of work for one of these guys real estate projects (Ram Chadha). The work was completed, and at the start he was paying on time and was very responsive. Then we did a couple projects and he never paid, and we havnt been able to get ahold of him for about 3 months. I spoke to the company that did the excavating on the project and they said the same.
