I am so wildly confused. I came for oysters and martinis , will spend a good amount on oysters if it’s worth it. As someone who was an executive chef I know it isn’t fun for someone to sit there and shuck oysters but hey it’s the job it can suck. Ordered two of each oyster, full of shell , water and adductor muscle not cut, took long enough the entire plate of oysters was floating in water. So what happens to oysters in water ?
