This is the worst car wash I ever went to - it cost almost $40 for an SUV wash ($27+$3 up charge for SUV, plus $5 tip) and when I got home I saw SOAP streaks on the back of the car and water stains on the passenger side windows. Additionally, there was STILL DIRT around the chrome. Too many LI car washes to EVER go to this place again.
I take my car here weekly. There are discounts for military and public servants. Just ask. The new owners want to know if you ever have a problem and they make any corrections immediately.
DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely horrible car wash never go there. I asked for a platinum package and my car still managed to come out with dirt and grime. I told the management and he kept denying the fact that the car was dirty and refused to give me a refund & didn't even offer a free wash. Horrible place, horrible customer service, and horrible manager, the guy was so depressed. I left with anger and didn't get a dime back.
Love this place always do a fabulous job cleaning my truck ... I m very picky and not a complaint ever when I get back in it ... They did a better detail job then the day I picked up my used car from the dealership!!!
Absolutely awful went there the other day for ladies half off Wednesday windows were dirty foggy like it was wiped with a dirty towel I often go there and this past year has gotten worse and worse Never Again!
Good deal! Great wash at a good price! Convenient to Sayville!
They always do a great job! They even helped me buff out some scratches!!! Highly recommend!!
