Love this place. ITS quiet and quaint. I also wanted to mention how their maintenance crew here at this apartment complex are wonderful they're friendly they're helpful they go out of their way I couldn't ask for a better maintenance to crew than the one here at Blue point I mean just wonderful people.
My husband (then boyfriend) and I lived there for 15 months starting in 2021 and always had a good experience. Apartment was good quality and clean from the previous residents. Neighbors were friendly and quiet at night. I hadn’t been paying my $25 pet fee for six months (I thought I was including it in rent but turns out I wasn’t) and they didn’t even charge me with a late fee! Absolutely love love love this complex! Kannon, Cori, and the maintenance team are always such a huge help and has always made my annoying questions turn into a conversation where I feel heard. We have had no issues with delayed maintenance or ridiculous overpricing, I truly couldn’t ask for a better place to live!
