Blue Plate was great to work with for our wedding. We worked with Gary leading up to our wedding and his communication with us was great. He was very organized throughout the planning process and was quick to answer our questions, which helped our big day run smoothly. We really appreciated getting to sample different entrees after our scheduled tasting so that we could feel confident in our menu choices! We got a lot of compliments on the food and would happily recommend Blue Plate to other couples.
Blue Plate did a good job. Food was good. They forgot one of our orders but gave a refund. Estimate from Blue Plate on quantities needed was too high, unfortunately, for a midday, non-meal event. Had lots of leftovers which we couldn't travel with so it was wasteful and more expensive than it needed to be. That was my one regret. Overall I am happy I used them.
Blue Plate Catering was absolutely phenomenal! We chose their Taste of Italy pasta buffet for our wedding, and it was a total hit. People are still talking about how delicious everything was! The food was hot, fresh, beautifully presented, and every pasta, sauce, and topping was full of flavor. I have used Blue Plate to cater many events, both professionally and personally and they always do a wonderful job! From set up to clean up, they are thoughtful and professional. They make hosting an event easy and delicious!
