It?s been MANY YEARS since I?ve seen customer service as good as you get at Blue Planet. I needed a 12? Auger for my 20 yr old BelTec. I went to Beltec on the net and they don?t even show their Dealers! I filled out an inquiry twice - no answer. I called and left a message for sales - No answer. Finally I called a contractor friend and he gave me Blue Planets number. I called Rudy and he was more than happy to help. I?ll definitely go back to him for my equipment needs!
