I was first introduced to Blue Phoenix over 10 years ago through a dear friend. My dad was having problems with a very old air conditioner. I had another company that I had used previously come out and quote a ridiculous amount for a new unit. You know the story, it's too old and expensive to fix it, you need a new air conditioner. Service was excellent, both with communication with Chad before the visit and with Gabe when he performed the service. The only improvement would that that the $157 show-up fee isn’t applied toward the labor of the repair as some other service providers do.

Dustin was very thorough and located and repaired the gap in the air duct. Very professional and vacuumed up insulation that fell from the attic
