Had an amazing lunch with friends and the food was amazing! The dishes even come with flowers and blood oranges and such. So yummy!
Small cafe with astoundingly good vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free selections. The flavors, the presentation, the quality of the food made for a delightful evening with old friends. The tofu used in the different dishes was some of the best I have ever put in my mouth, so I bought some to take home! The Dal Makhani was scrumptious, as was the "crabcake" and the Farmer In The Dell grilled cheese sandwich. If you like kombucha, try the lemon ginger selection. Really cannot emphasize enough how good this food is!
I'm not vegetarian but I honestly enjoy the menu items here more than most any other meat-themed dish I have ever had. The food is so good. The entrees, the baked goods, the coffee... it is all great. The atmosphere is like being in someone's cozy home. Also the owners and staff strive to serve the community in a way that most businesses do not, through their meal voucher program and everything else they do for the area. And that is awesome.
Blue Phoenix is a not-so-hidden gem in The Valley. Great owners! Great food! Great atmosphere! A true pillar of the Progressive community!
They give back to their community which is really awesome and something more places should do. The people are nice too and so is the soup. 😊

Best healthy food store in the area. You can be guaranteed delicious food every time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their salads are scrumptious!
