I attempted to use Blue to kill bees at my property. He insisted on taking my credit card number on the spot with the promise that he was to call me that evening with an assessment after the bees settled down. He never called, but over the next several days I called nearly TWENTY times only to get voicemail and not one call returned. $250 was charged to my account and no service was ever provided.
