The person I contacted at the Blue-Pencil office was polite and took time to explain the shredding process, answering my detailed questions. The worker who came to shred about 17 boxes of papers was polite and efficient and broke down the boxes that needed to be recycled after the papers were put in a bin for shredding.
Hany was amazing during the quoting and follow-up process. The contract was easy to understand, and payment was a breeze for our company. The company exudes professionalism and confidentiality. Would highly recommend.
