zero stars! absolutely awful. Do not use Ray or blue pelican for your rental management needs
Do not use Ray for anything. He is a fraud. As the owner, He owes me money for my rental and avoids emails, text messages and phone calls. After Shelly Wilkie left this business, is when I stopped recieving my money from Blue Pelican.
Shelly is no longer with this company. The owner Ray does not respond to emails, voice mail box is full cannot leave a message, holds on to owners rental payment ( we still have not received our November rent even though the tenant dutifully paid it to this cheat). We have requested termination of management from this firm but ray will not comply. Will be filing court papers next week for costs and back payments AVOID this SCAM company!!!! Mark Wilmington NC
