Someone in our neighborhood listed a home with Blue Pebble and it's been a mess. It's been for sale for ages and now looks like a derelict wreck. I called the realtor two weeks ago to mention that the lawn desperately needed mowing, and he thanked me and said he would send someone right out ... well, that was a lie. Now it's not only way overgrown but dead. I would be so upset if I listed with them or was the buyer under contract.
