We've worked with them numerous times, and every single time has been absolutely excellent. They're flexible in the house search, knowledgeable about all areas of home buying, and their loan department was able to get us a great rate (well, for the times!). Would highly recommend working them!
Someone in our neighborhood listed a home with Blue Pebble and it's been a mess. It's been for sale for ages and now looks like a derelict wreck. I called the realtor two weeks ago to mention that the lawn desperately needed mowing, and he thanked me and said he would send someone right out ... well, that was a lie. Now it's not only way overgrown but dead. I would be so upset if I listed with them or was the buyer under contract.
I have LOVED working with Blue Pebble! Matthew Gallegos has been the best rep and does such an amazing job. Shelby Studer is ABSOLUTLEY amazing to work with!!
