Always professional, empathy towards my dog. Could do a better job of sending ultra sound information to my vet. Thanks.
The medical staff was very caring. The nurse even kept track of which prescription food our cat liked best during a 2 day stay and provided samples for us during his outtake. Dr. Schmidt was extremely thorough and took great care of our car. I highly recommend this hospital.
Dr. Freilich was wonderful. She listens and works with you to develop a plan. She can be contacted easily and has good follow up.
Our 14 year old Black Lab needed an ultrasound badly and most places couldn't get him in for 3 weeks. Contacted blue pearl in Conshohocken and had him in for the Ultrasound in two days. They were all very friendly and professional. We didn't get the news we were hoping for but they were very compassionate. We will use them again if ever necessary. Thank you so much for helping us so we could help Gunner
Very prompt and professional. Every staff member including the doctors are terrific and very friendly. They are communicative with feedback and set realistic expectations. Highly recommend!
