Terrible Experience with a real estate agent Krystal. The realtor was extremely unprepared and was extremely chaotic to deal with during the stressful situation of trying to purchase a home. Krystal falsified realtor remarks stating tenants were "willing to accept rent increase" or being willing "to vacate if rent increase too much" which those conversations never took place and both actions are illegal in the province of Ontario regardless if you are on a lease or month to month agreement.
