They are the worst for replastering. Scheduling and communication was terrible along the way. They took off our old plaster then had us wait 2 months for the new. Meanwhile our pool was unusable for that time during the summer. We were told they could do certain things that were priced out and included in our contract, but when it came down to it, they changed their minds. It seemed they wanted to hurry up and finish. Our pool and spa lights were working before they started, and didn't work after. We had paid to have them re... read more

Approximately 3 years ago I hired Blue Pacific Pools to resurface my pool. After the job was finished I noticed that it was losing 1" of water a day, IN FEBRUARY! I contacted my salesman and he gave me the name of a company to inspect the pool. The inspector couldn't find a leak, now I know why. The inspector even came back a second time. The inspection cost me $700 and my pool still leaked. Last month I heard about a company called Austin Pro Leak. I thought I had posted a review a couple of years ago, but I don't see it here. We had purchased an inground pool in 2014, the pool is pictured in their photos. We had a very positive experience and ended up selling our home in 2016. My husband and I are always saying how much we miss it. We have a new place and can't wait until we can install a pool. We would use them again!
