Caught this clown cruising the street at 3 mph. After 5 slow rolls down the street I asked if he needed help finding an address. He got defensive. Then he flipped me off. Called the police. He took off. He had no business on this street. He was obviously casing the area. Two neighbors are policemen on this street and are on alert.

Had a bad experience with this person today. Driving approx. 30 mph in right lane on a green light. This person pulled out in front of me from a gas station when I was very close necessitating me hitting the brakes abruptly. I honked at him. He then just stopped his van in the lane because I honked, and waited until the light was ready to turn red before driving off, hoping I'd be caught at the light no doubt.
