I haven't visited the physical store yet, but from an online shopping perspective, I would give a positive recommendation and 5 stars due to the unique selection of high quality items. Fast communication if you have any questions via email, rewards points that can be applied to future purchases and good value on sale items are all a plus. The return policy is fair and clearly stated (store credit, buyer pays for return shipping...not the most convenient compared to bigger companies, but 100% understandable)
