Great selection, prompt hemming and shipping. Excellent customer service.
Great selection of selvedge denim and tailoring was done spectacularly, however, I was disappointed with the in-store experience today with unhelpful staff. My bf and I asked if we could apply the 10% first time customer discount after our purchase, but the staff said we’d have to pay a 6% card processing fee to do so which I’ve never encountered at any other store and honestly felt misleading since returns here are often processed as store credit which would've been a solution. A little tucked away, but a great shop. Awesome inventory and staff/service. Got my hem repaired here and turnaround time was really fast. They have a Union Special and offer chain stitching here.
